Oral presentation

Time for each oral communication is 15 minutes, of which 10 for presentation and 5 for discussion, but considering the connection and conversion between speakers, we strongly suggest the presentation should not exceed 9 minutes (about 9 slides), and will be followed by 4 minutes of questions and answers with the audience.

During each oral presentation, simultaneous translation will be provided from English to Chinese. During round table discussions, simultaneous translation from\to English and Chinese will be provided.

CD or USB Pen or floppy disk carrying your PowerPoint presentation files must be delivered to the slide room (on the first floor of hotel, besides Zhonghua Hall 1) at least four hours before the presentation Assisting technicians will be at your disposal on site to help in testing the file. The slides room will be open from 8:00-17:00 during June 15-18, 2016.

Congress laptops will be only equipped with Microsoft Windows 7 and Microsoft Office 2010. Presentation files based on other software will not be guaranteed to play properly.
